plaintiffs and defendants. His cases have ranged from standard construction practices to accidental death by machinery. Mr. Blythe has provided consultation on Governmental, Insurance, OSHA, General Contractor, and Bank-Financing cases. He has over 30 years of extensive hands-on experience in construction including the administration of engineering, design, estimating, scheduling, contracts, subcontracts, change orders, pre-manufactured building components, structural steel, site work, masonry, utilities construction, construction operations, job site development, and overall project management. Mr. Blythe has held positions where he was in charge and had personal oversight and responsibility for construction costs; including construction standards, regulation compliance, safety, project startups, and client turnover. Mr. Blythe has qualified and testified in State and Federal Courts including the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida. He has never been disqualified nor rejected as an expert in any court and routinely provides depositions and expert opinions on a variety of construction matters. As an Expert Witness, Mr. Blythe has worked extensively with many law firms and has over 100 hours of courtroom experience. |
